At Wallitude, all our products are custom-made, so returns are limited. Please read carefully.
1. No Return Policy
Since each product is personalized based on your uploaded images and design, we do not accept returns once the order is placed.
2. Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacements only in the following cases:
- Damaged product upon delivery
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defects
3. Proof Requirement
To request a replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
4. Replacement Process
Once approved:
- A replacement will be processed at no extra cost
- No refunds will be issued — only replacements
5. Design Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Uploading correct images
- Checking spelling, layout, and preview before placing the order

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or sent for production.
